Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident when ordering from Remote Replacement Pros. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve it quickly.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition you received it
- in its original packaging where applicable
- returned with proof of purchase or order details
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind or no longer need the item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Incorrect Remote Ordered
Remote controls can look very similar, but may not be interchangeable between TV models. Please check the compatibility information on the product page before ordering.
If you are unsure which remote you need, please contact us before purchasing with your TV brand, TV model number, or a photo of your original remote. We are happy to help confirm compatibility where possible.
If you order an incorrect remote and wish to return it, the item must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for incorrectly ordered items is the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to a faulty item, damage in transit, or an error with your order, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or return label where appropriate.
Please include your order number and clear photos or details of the issue when contacting us. This helps us resolve the matter faster.
Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
Products may be covered against manufacturing defects for a reasonable period, depending on the nature of the item and issue.
This does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, liquid damage, battery leakage, normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or compatibility issues where the wrong remote was ordered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy where required by law if a product has a major problem or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Please do not send items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
